Available for just a few months in the fall and winter, we make this spice blend to add a little extra warmth to the colder months. Just making this on the stove will fill your home with nostalgic aromatics. Orange peel, cinnamon, allspice and clove create a tangy, spicy and comforting addition to hot apple cider or mulled wine. Just simmer the spices in cider or red wine 15 minutes to an hour depending on how spicy you like it. The result is a delicious and aromatic treat that you'll end up craving year after year.

Bulk teas will be packed in the largest size bag (1lb., 2lb., or 5lb. bags) depending on your purchase quantity.
Only 5lbs. of this tea can be ordered at a time due to its limited supply.

Retail Canisters:
Retail canisters are all packed in 100% compostable packaging.
Tea is sealed inside a bio-based cello bag to preserve freshness.
Each canister is date stamped to easily comply with FIFO measures.
Blue Willow blends Blood Orange as a fruit tisane containing dried orange peel, hibiscus petals and rose hips. Steeping to deep magenta liquor, the robust tartness is well rounded with citrus appeal. The beverage can be enjoyed hot or iced and drunk any time of day due to the lack of caffeine. It is a versatile blend and makes a great addition to black, or other teas for those who love to experiment. Especially refreshing iced with lemon and sugar.
While it seems everyone has been familiar with the calming characteristics of chamomile since childhood, it is surprisingly difficult to find a quality chamomile with favorable flavor qualities. We are proud to offer a certified organic chamomile which has such a delicate sweetness and completely clean flavor which is sure to relax the mind and please the taste buds. Our chamomile is a whole-bud variety grown in Egypt.
