Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  For tea purchases, we have a return policy of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it.  Teas cannot be returned if they are opened, unless there is a serious problem.  Teaware can be returned within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged and unused. Any return shipment costs will be paid by the customer. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned products, which will be deducted from your refund.

If your package is lost or damaged upon delivery, we can only issue refunds or replacements if you have added shipping insurance to your order. Claims for damaged or lost packages can be filed directly through Route Shipping Protection 

If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct item free of charge as well as a return shipping label.

Please understand we are a very small business with limited resources, we cannot operate with the same level of exchange as large corporations with unlimited budgets.
