Stone-ground from five cultivars grown in Kirishima, Kyushu, Forest Dew is robust yet smooth, with a vibrant green hue, a seaweed-like depth, and a clean, grassy finish. It’s low in astringency and strong enough to shine in both traditional preparation and modern favorites.
