Tea has the ability to meet us where we’re at, help us figure out where we’re going and lead us in the right direction.

The phases of the moon also have a profound impact on our mindset and can mirror the shifts of the seasons. It’s long been practiced that focusing our energy different ways as the moon swells and shrinks and the seasons cycle through their changes. Working with these natural revolutions can be a helpful way to channel our efforts in ways that help us flow with the changing tides instead of fighting against them.

This four-part puerh release was curated with that idea in mind. In this set, I have selected and pressed 4 different puerhs with different harvests, areas and styles to match the seasons of the moon.

This idea came to me in a dream and took 2 years of sourcing, designing and pressing to make happen. I hope you will enjoy it.

There are only 100 sets available total, 50 online and 50 in our shop.

Winter Warmth

The dark skies of the new moon are often likened to the coldness of winter. As the moon is shadowed by the earth, it is a time of going inward. Use this time to be cozy, think about what your needs are and the needs of your surroundings.

Where are you now, and where do you need to go? This is the planning phase.

Spring Growth

As the moon gets more illuminated each month, imagine the green of the spring
slowly emerging from the winter’s darkness. This is a time of focused growth.

moon phase.

Sustained energy is the mood we seek during this time.

Reflection

Autumn Leaves

As the moon slowly wanes, it is similar to the leaves falling in the autumn. It is
time to prepare for the coming darkness. The waning moon autumnal energy is
best used to finish projects and start building warmth.

It's time to reflect on your journey and tie up loose ends.
