Meet the boss lady

Ali Roth

Ali's tea journey began in 2007 as a humble Tea Bagger. But let’s be real—she wasn’t about to settle for bland brews. Since then, she’s risen to fame and fortune on a mission to liberate teaheads everywhere from dull teas and boring finger sandwiches.

You’ll find her exploring the globe for flavors that make taste buds dance—chasing rare cultivars, collaborating with innovative growers, and uncovering hidden gems that push the boundaries of what tea can be. For teaheads, the journey never ends—there’s always another steep.
